Resale (ARR) Program with Housing and Urban Development (HUD)

from HUD [to the General Fund] anticipated to be $128, 000 . )
MOTION #1: That the Mayor and Common Council authorize
the Planning and Building Services Department
to provide expanded building inspection
services to HUD for a one-year period as part

II be established in the Inspection Services

MOTION A: That the Mayor and Common Council accept comments and views of residents,
public agencies and other interested parties on the 1996— 1997 Draft
Consolidated Plan Annual Performance and Evaluation Report, which contains
annual performance reports for the Community Development Block Grant, HOME
Investment Partnership Act and Emergency Shelter Grant Programs and
authorize staff to submit the final report to the U.S. Department of Housing and
Urban Development for review and approval.

MOTION B: RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN BERNARDINO APPROVING CERTAIN CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL
REPORTS IN CONNECTION WITH IMPLEMENTING FEDERAL GRANT
PROGRAMS.

15. ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATIONS
(Community Development Commission)
MOTION A: That the Community Development Commission authorize the execution of the
contract with Edison EV for the installation of the charging station and the
contract with the South Coast Air Quality Management District for participation in
the Quick Charge project.

MOTION B: That the Mayor and Common Council authorize the Director of Finance to amend
the Fiscal Year 1997-98 Budget to reflect a $5,700 increase in the Transportation
budget for miscellaneous equipment, and a corresponding budget increase in the
Transportation revenue account.
