Phase II consists, in general, of installing streetscape improvements on "D" Street, from Second Street to Sixth Street, Court Street, from "E" Street to Arrowhead Avenue, and Third Street, from "D" Street to Arrowhead Avenue. Below is an estimate of the total project cost. Construction Contract $ 1 ,076 , 002 Engineering & Inspection (W.O. #1928) 36, 100 1-inch Water Meter Fees (3) 17, 955 Sub-Total $ 1 , 130,057 Contingencies (6%) ± 67 , 943 TOTAL ESTIMATED PROJECT COST $ 1,198,000 An amount of $1 , 205 , 000 is available, under Account No. 650-0105 to finance the costs incurred for Phase II of the Main Street Revitalization Program. We recommend that the plans be approved and authorization granted to advertise for bids.
