Below is an estimate of the total project cost. Construction contract $ 370, 041 . 00 Consultant Design Services (previously (18, 904 . 00) authorized expense) Project Administration (W.O. 1489) 2, 250 . 00 Construction Engineering 18 , 509. 00 Sub-Total $ 390, 800. 00 Contingencies (150) ± $ 57, 200 . 00 TOTAL ESTIMATED PROJECT COST $ 448,000.00 Funds for this construction project have been allocated into the CDBG program from the mid-year review of funding requests in an amount of $448, 000. 00 .
