Synopsis of Previous Commission/Council/Committee Action:
03-16-92 - Approval given to enter into design contract for
design of sewers in Hardt, Gould and Davidson as a
part of the CDBG improvement program.
11-24-92 - Community Development Citizens Advisory Committee
recommended approval of funding for construction of
sewer in Hardt, Gould and Davidson Street.
12-07-92 - Public Hearing set for 12-21-92 on mid-year CDBG
application.
12-21-92 - Approval of request for CDBG funding granted.

Recommended Motion:
That the plans for installation of sewer in Hardt, Gould and
Davidson Streets, east of Tippecanoe Avenue, in accordance with
Plan No. 8775 , be approved; and that the Dire for of Public
Works/City Engineer be auth ze to adverti or ids.

Installation of Sewer in Hardt,
Gould and Davidson Streets,
east of Tippecanoe Avenue
Plans for the installation of sewer in Hardt, Gould and Davidson
Streets, east of Tippecanoe Avenue, have been prepared and the
project is ready to be advertised for bids.
Below is an estimate of the total project cost.
Construction contract $ 370, 041 . 00
Consultant Design Services (previously (18, 904 . 00)
authorized expense)
Project Administration (W.O. 1489) 2, 250 . 00
Construction Engineering 18 , 509. 00
Sub-Total $ 390, 800. 00
Contingencies (150) ± $ 57, 200 . 00
TOTAL ESTIMATED PROJECT COST $ 448,000.00
Funds for this construction project have been allocated into the
CDBG program from the mid-year review of funding requests in an
amount of $448, 000. 00 .
We recommend that the plans be approved and that the Director of
Public Works/City Engineer be authorized to advertise for bids .
