The project consists, in general , of installing the master plan storm drain and removing the dip along the west side of Rancho Avenue. Below is an estimate of the total project cost: Construction Contract $ 198, 800 Consultant' s Design Fee 11 , 199 Checking Plans & Construction Engr. (W.O. 1991) 15 , 000 Sub-Total $ 224 , 999 Contingencies (100) ± 24 , 001 TOTAL ESTIMATED PROJECT COST $ 249,000 An amount of $250 , 000 has been allocated, under Account No. 248-368-57882, in the Storm Drain Construction Fund, to finance the costs incurred for this project.
