" PRESENT ABSENT TO BE HEARD AT 2.00 P.M. 29. Public hearing -.Paradise Hills Specific Plan 90-03 , General Plan Amendment No. 91-07 and Development Agreement No. 91- 03 - to establish the framework for the development of a maximum of 504 single-family homes on 404 acres, a 5 acre public park and approximately 189 acres of open space.
