Motion: Receive and file the Financial Statements for Fiscal Year 2011-12.
Synopsis of Previous Council Action:
On April 18, 2011,Mayor and Council approved Resolution No. 2011-88 extending the Auditing
Contract with Roger's, Anderson,Malody and Scott for an additional two years of Auditing
Services to include FY 2011-12.
SUMMARY
Auditors will give a presentation on the Fiscal Year 2011-12 Financial Statements.
RECOMMENDATION
Receive and File the Financial Statements for Fiscal Year 2011-12.
