(#3144) Current Business Registration Certificate: Not Applicable Financial Impact: The total assessment of$1,893,635.39 pays the City's maintenance, operation and incidental costs for the various districts. If the assessments are not approved,the City will not be reimbursed for the costs. The general benefit amount of$22,754.44 from various districts as shown on the attached report,will not be reimbursed from the Assessment Districts for FY 2014/2015, as these amounts are determined to be general benefit and therefore not assessable, and will be paid for from the General Fund. Assessment deficits for nine Districts, as set forth below,total $80,056.22. Motion: Adopt the Resolution. That the Mayor and Common Council do hereby find and determine that 4 the assessments as set forth on said Assessment Roll No. 1002 are hereby exempt from the 5 procedural and approval requirements of Article XIII D of the California Constitution, a: 6 provided for under Section 5(b) of said Article XIII D, and that the assessment amounts as sei 7 forth on said Assessment Roll are equal to or less than any prior approved assessments. 8 9 SECTION 2. That the Mayor and Common Council do hereby find and determine that c 10 the proportionate costs to be levied against the parcels of land within Assessment District No. 11 1002 are correctly set forth on Assessment Roll No. 1002, for the fiscal year 2014/2015, on file a 12 in the office of the City Clerk of the City of San Bernardino, and do hereby confirm said N 13 ' assessments. o 14 0 15 SECTION 3.
