This position is critical to the ) department in that it performs a variety of complex, responsible, highly sensitive and confidential office administrative and executive support functions for the department s division manager and city employees. w r Q After carrying out the recruitment and interview process in search for a suitable fit, Albert Calderon was the most qualified for the department's current needs. He exhibited self- confidence, motivation, and understanding of the Human Resources Technician position. Step 11 is being requested due to Albert's qualifications and experience.
