STAFF REPORT
Bids for improvement of the City sewer system, at three
locations, were opened at 2 : 00 p.m. Tuesday, 10-14-97 .
A total of 3 bids were received, ranging from $29 , 500 . 00 to
$196;325 . 00 . The low bid of $29 ,500 . 00 is 18 . 0% over the Engi-
neer' s Estimate of $25 , 000 . 00 .
Below is an estimate of the total project cost, based upon
the actual low bid price:
Construction Contract $ 29 ,500 . 00
Engineering & Inspection (W.O. #(7014 ,
7018 & 7019) 2 , 500 . 00
Sub-Total $ 32 , 000 . 00
