ERADICATION
• 16,364 WORK ORDERS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED YTD
• 3,134 WORK ORDERS DURING THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER
• 3,647,284 SQUARE FEET REMOVED YTD
• AVERAGE TIME TO CLOSE WORK ORDER REMAINS 24 HOURS
• CUSTOMER SATISTACTION REPORTS WELL ABOVE 90%
EDUCATION
• GRAFFITI BROCHURES COMPLETED AND BEING DISTRIBUTED TO THE COMMUNITY
• CONTINUE TO HOLD MEETINGS WITH ALL PARTNERS— RECENT MEETING WITH
CHAMBER OF COMMERCE TO DEVELOP BUSINESS PARTNERSHIPS, OUTREACH, ETC
• SB TAAG NOTED IN KEEP AMERICA BEAUTIFUL "GRAFFITI HURTS" E-NEWSLETTER
• PRESENTATIONS ARE BEING MADE TO COMMUNITY GROUPS AND AGENCIES (ROTARY,
POLICE COMMISSION) - WORKING WITH COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER TO DEVELOP
