W"REASp the Mayor and. Common Oounall of the City of San Bern-
ardino did on the 25th day of October, 1948, duly pass and adopt its
Resolution of Intention, Resolution No. 1592, declaring the intention
of said Mayor and Common Council to order the closing up of all that
Portion of "G" Street lying between a line 314. 36 feet north of the
center line of Thirty-fourth Street and a line 332.40 feet south of
the center line of Thirty-sixth Street, and
WHEREAS, notices of "Public Work", stating the fact of the pass-
age of said Resolution, its date, and the work and Improvement Pro-
Posed, and referring to said Resoluti-n of Intention for further par-
ticulars, have been published and posted in the manner provided by
law, and the said Mayor end Common Council have acquired Jurisdiction
to order skid work to be done,

Z!j o be it resolved that the Mayor and Common Council
of the City of San Bernardino do hereby order the closing up of all
that portion of "G" Street lying between a line 314. 36 feet north of
the center line of Thirty-fourth Street and a line 332.40 feet south
of the center line of Thirty-sixth Street.
BE IT FURTHER R�SOLVED that no assessment is necessary to pay
the damages, costs and expenses of said work and Improvement.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was adopted by
the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino, at a
regular meeting thereof held on the day of
