(#2834) Current Business Registration Certificate: Not Applicable Financial Impact: There is no financial impact to amend Resolution No. 6429. Motion: Adopt the Resolution. Synopsis of Previous Council Action: I On March 18, 2013, the Mayor and Common Council adopted Resolution No. 2013-53, a Resolution of the City of San Bernardino amending Resolution No. 6429, entitled in part, "A Resolution...establishing a basic compensation plan for officers and/or employees of the Police and Fire Departments of the City of San Bernardino." Background: 4 On December 2, 2013,the Mayor and Common Council approved salaries for Police Safety and Police Management employees as a result of the salary surveys and computations required under Charter Section 186. On December 16, 2013, the Mayor and Common Council approved salaries for Fire Safety and Fire Management employees as a result of the salary surveys and computations required under Charter Section 186. 3 1 d As in previous years, Section Three of Resolution No. 6429 needs to be amended to reflect the Mayor and Common Council actions.
