Financial Impact:
All warrants and payroll items are included in the 2013-14 adopted budget.
Motion: Approve the claims and authorize check warrants and payroll checks as listed.
Background:
Generally, warrants are reviewed by the Ways and Mean Committee prior to going to the MCC
for approval. However, a lack of quorum since November 4, 2013,has lead the meeting to be
cancelled. The Finance Director requested that this item be considered by the full council.
