His last day of employment was June 28, 2013. ti Therefore, we respectfully request that the Mayor and Common Council E approve the appointment of Mr. Jason M. Ewert as a Deputy City Attorney 1. He will be compensated at the initial salary step for a Deputy City Attorney 1 ($6,896.00 per month) o and his employment will commence on July 16, 2013. This office does not presently have sufficient attorney staff to prosecute the 3,010 misdemeanors and the 8,489 ; infraction cases that are currently pending in Superior Court.
