(#2441) Current Business Registration Certificate: Not Applicable Financial Impact: The total assessment of$2,208,153.76 pays the City's maintenance, operation and incidental costs for the various districts. If the assessments are not approved, the City will not be reimbursed for the costs. The general benefit amount of$27,943.54 from various districts as shown on the attached report, will not be reimbursed from the Assessment Districts for FY 2013/2014, as these amounts are determined to be general benefit and therefore not assessable, and will be paid for from the General Fund. Assessment deficits for sixteen Districts, as set forth below, total $118.752.49. Motion: Adopt the Resolution. That the Mayor and Common Council do hereby find and determine that ti 10 the assessments as set forth on said Assessment Roll No. 1037 comply with the procedural v 11 a requirements of Article X111 D of the California Constitution without the necessity of 12 N 13 following the assessment ballot procedures as set forth therein.
