(#2428) Current Business Registration Certificate: Not Applicable Financial Impact: The total assessment of$2,208,153.76 pays the City's maintenance, operation and incidental costs for the various districts. If the assessments are not approved, the City will not be reimbursed for the costs. The general benefit amount of$27,943.54 from various districts as shown on the attached report, will not be reimbursed from the Assessment Districts for FY 2013/2014, as these amounts are determined to be general benefit and therefore not assessable, and will be paid for from the General Fund. Assessment deficits for sixteen Districts, as set forth below, total $118.752.49. Motion: Adopt the Resolution. N N 10 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE ° CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: a 11 co SECTION 1. That the Mayor and Common Council do hereby find and determine that N 12 13 the assessments as set forth on said Assessment Roll No. 1022, Zone 1, Zone 2 and Zone 3, o T 14 comply with the procedural requirements of Article XIII D of the California Constitution a 0 15 without the necessity of following the assessment ballot procedures as set forth therein. O 16 SECTION 2. That the Mayor and Common Council do hereby find and determine that 17 18 the proportionate costs to be levied against the parcels of land within Assessment District CD No.1022, Zone 1, Zone 2 and Zone 3, are correctly set forth on Assessment Roll No. 1022, 19 a 20 Zone 1, Zone 2 and Zone 3, for the fiscal year 2013/2014, on file in the office of the City 21 Clerk of the City of San Bernardino, and do hereby confirm said assessments. 22 SECTION 3.
