2 RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE POLICE
3 DEPARTMENT'S TABLE OF ORGANIZATION BY ELIMINATING THE CODE
4 ENFORCEMENT MANAGER (U) POSITION AND RE-ESTABLISHING THE
ANIMAL SHELTER OFFICE SUPERVISOR POSITION, AND AUTHORIZING THE
5 DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO AMEND THE FY 2013/14 BUDGET AND TRANSFER
$129,982 FROM THE POLICE DEPARTMENT'S GENERAL FUND BUDGET TO
6 THE ANIMAL CONTROL BUDGET. (#2597)
7 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON
8 COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

10 SECTION 1. The Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino
11 authorize the Manager of Human Resources to eliminate the Code Enforcement Division
12 Manager(U) position and re-establish the position of Animal Shelter Office Supervisor.
13 SECTION 2. The Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino
14 authorize the Manager of Human Resources to reduce the Table of Organization for Code
15
16 Enforcement to reflect the elimination of the Code Enforcement Division Manager (U)
17 position and increase the Table of Organization for Animal Control to reflect the addition of
18 one (1) Animal Shelter Office Supervisor position.
19 SECTION 3. The Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino
20 authorize the Director of Finance to decrease the General Fund Budget, Account No. 001-210-
21
0021-5011, in the amount of$129,982 and increase the Animal Control Budget, Account Nos.

23 124-210-0001-5011 and 124-210-0003-5014, totaling $129,982.
