Civil Service Personnel Actions - Classified (Continued from April 15, 2013) Council Member Valdivia made a motion, seconded by Council Member Jenkins, to approve the classified personnel actions, as submitted by the Chief Examiner, in accordance with Civil Service rules and Personnel policies adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino. Council Member Jenkins subsequently rescinded his second. City Manager Parker stated that the recommendation of the Finance Director was to continue the item to May 6, 2013, because he has not made a determination as to how these positions fit into the budget. Motion: Continue to May 6, 2013, to allow the Finance Director to completely review the financial impact of the personnel actions. City Manager Benchmarking the City of San Bernardino - Oral Presentation by City Manager A PowerPoint presentation titled, `Benchmarking the City of San Bernardino, April 22, 2013, Allen J. Parker, City Manager,"was submitted into the record and distributed to the Mayor and Council. Consensus: Receive and file. 3B. Finance RES. 2013-76 - Resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino Approving and Adopting the City of San Bernardino's Final Budget Document for Fiscal Years 2012/13 and 2013/14. An attachment titled, "Budget Message, FY 2012-13 and FY 2013-14 Proposed Budgets and Cash Flow Transmittal," dated April 15, 2013, was submitted into the record and distributed to the Mayor and Council. Public Comments: Larry Sharp, Redlands Scott Olson, San Bernardino Council Member McCammack stated that she would be abstaining due to the fact that she could not read and understand the document that had been provided to her. Motion: Adopt the Resolution with a change to CIP Fund TC06-010 to allocate $300,000 for pavement rehabilitation on Mt. Vernon Avenue. RESULT: ADOPTED [6 TO 01 02:32:42 MOVER: Chas A. Increase to Vendor Service Agreement with Applied LNG Technologies An interoffice memorandum addressed to the Mayor and Common Council from Tony Frossard, Public Works Director, dated April 22, 2013, regarding "CNG Pump Replacement,"was submitted into the record and distributed to the Mayor and Council.
