Following up on our brief conversation of last week, attached please find an application =

form from J. Loraine O'Campo (aka J. Loraine Velarde)who is very interested in serving Q
on the Civil Service Board. She fully understands the commitment required to serve on
the Board and is ready to serve.

Loraine is a former City employee who worked for not only the Mayor's Office for a N
number of years but also worked for the Economic Development Agency. During her E
tenure with the City, she went by her married last name of Velarde; however, she has o
recently dropped that name and is now going by her maiden name of O'Campo.

Loraine's father, Hector O'Campo,(deceased) served on the Civil Service Board for over N
