Motion: Refer to the Legislative Review Committee.
Synopsis of Previous Council Action:
January 22, 2013 - The item was continued to February 4, 2013, to allow Council Member
Valdivia time to prepare a presentation to the entire Council regarding the scope and parameters
of his request.
Background:
The matters regarding potential changes to the Municipal Code will be studied by the Legislative
Review Committee for recommendation. Following recommendations for code changes, the
matter of fee changes or changes to business license costs will be referred to the Ways and
Means Committee.
