Finance RES. 20134 — Resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino Authorizing The Execution of a Third Amendment to Consultant Services Agreement Between Urban Futures, Inc. and the City of San Bernardino Regarding Accounting, Restructuring, and Fiscal Analysis Services. (Continued from January 7, 2013.) Council Member Kelley made a motion, seconded by Council Member Marquez, to adopt the Resolution. No vote was taken. Substitute Motion: Adopt the Resolution including a correction on Page 1, Section la of the agreement, changing the date from June 4, 2011 to June 4, 2012.
