Request to Schedule a Public Hearing on January 9, 2012, at 4:00 P.M., to Receive Public
Comments on the Proposed Amendments to the City of San Bernardino's 2011-2012 Housing
and Urban Development (HUD) Consolidated Action Plan.
Financial Impact:
None; the total amount being reprogrammed($210,000) is the result of savings from tasks that
were completed under budget and/or tasks that were scheduled to be contracted out but will be
performed in-house.
Motion: Schedule a public hearing on January 9, 2012, at 4:00 p.m., to receive public comments
on the proposed amendments to the City of San Bernardino's 2011-2012 Housing and
Urban Development(HUD)Consolidated Action Plan.

The City of San Bernardino is proposing to amend its Fiscal Year 2011-2012 Action Plan,
specifically its Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG), to reprogram funds
from savings in General Program Administration to the following activities:
