2 RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF TWO QUITCLAIM
3 DEEDS RELATIVE TO A PORTION OF A NORTH/SOUTH ALLEY THAT WAS
4 PREVIOUSLY VACATED BY THE CITY, GENERALLY LOCATED SOUTH OF
SPRUCE STREET AND WEST OF H STREET.

WHEREAS, the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino adopted
6
Resolution No. 12371 on March 15, 1976, ordering the vacation of the certain north/south
7
8 alley, south of Spruce Street, west of"H" Street; and
9 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 12371 was recorded with the San Bernardino County
10 Recorder's Office on March 18, 1976, in Book 8886, Page 519 of Official Records.
11 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON
12 COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

14 SECTION 1. The Mayor of the City of San Bernardino is hereby authorized and
15 directed to execute on behalf of the City a Quitclaim Deed to adjacent owner Miguel Munoz
16 Salinas, and a Quitclaim Deed to adjacent owners James and Kandy Roe, for said portion of
17 land that was previously vacated by the City, generally located south of Spruce Street and
18
west of"H" Street, known as Assessor Parcel Number 0134-052-16, a copy of said Quitclaim
19
20 Deeds are attached hereto as Exhibit"1" & Exhibit"2" and incorporated herein.

recorded in Book 3 of Maps, Page 25, records of said County, described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said Lot 27; thence east along the south line of
Spruce Street, having a half width of 25 feet, a distance of 10 feet to the True Point of
Beginning; thence continuing east along said south line of Spruce Street a distance of 10
feet, to a line that is parallel with the west line of said Lot 27; thence south along said
parallel line, a distance of 43 feet, to a line that is parallel with said south line of Spruce
Street; thence west along said parallel line, a distance of 10 feet, to a line parallel with
and 10 feet east of said west line of Lot 27; thence north along said parallel line, a
distance of 43 feet, to the True Point of Beginning.
