HomeMy WebLinkAbout2012-257 1 RESOLUTION NO. 2n1 2_257 2 RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE OBLIGATION AND EXPENDITURE OF 3 THE WALMART FOUNDATION GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,500.00 FOR 4 THE "SHOP WITH A COP" CHRISTMAS EVENT 5 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 6 7 SECTION 1. The Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino 8 hereby ratify the submission of the grant application to the Walmart Foundation in the amount 9 of $1,500.00 to assist with the San Bernardino Police Department's Shop with a Cop 10 11 Christmas program, a copy of which is attached hereto marked Exhibit A and incorporated 12 herein by reference as fully as though set forth at length. 13 SECTION 2.
