The proposal submittal period was from March 15, 1993 through April 16, 1993 at 4:00 p.m. During the proposal submittal period, a total of eighty-eight (88) proposals were received in the following categories: Approved Amount Program Miz Reauested Public Services $ 470,850 $1,131,326.70 (Including Fair Housing) Capital Improvements $1.452.350 $5 361 921.02 TOTAL $1,923,200 $6,493,247.72 The Community Development Citizen Advisory Committee (CDCAC) met on April 22, 1993 and April 29, 1993 to review submitted and completed proposals for Public Services and Capital Improvement Project categories. All CDCAC members were provided with copies of the complete proposal packages, which were reviewed and evaluated during the dates specified above. Funding recommendations to the Mayor and Common Council were made based upon total funds available in the approved program categories and are attached hereto as Exhibit "A". Also attached to this report as Exhibit "B" is information in connection with those requests for financial assistance not recommended by the CDCAC for funding. Proposals submitted late were not considered by the Committee. Staff has verified the CDBG eligibility of all applicantions recommended by the CDCAC.
