Subsequent to Commission authorization to develop a Performing Arts Center it approved an agreement with Richard Caplan and Associates to create a comprehensive marketing and fundraising plan with an attendant action plan for implementation. The primary purpose of the plan is to secure community funds sufficiently adequate to warrant the development of a facility. The subject plan has been completed and previously distributed to the Mayor and Common Council under separate cover. The consultant has been requested and is prepared to make an oral presentation of its plan at the May 24, 1993 Community Development Commission meeting. No policy action is required on this and staff recommends approval of the form motion. y TIMOTHY C.
