I. OBJECTIVES
A. To share with the Council up to date on the work of the Committee
thus far.
B. For the Committee to discuss with the Council the various issues
they have discovered with the present charter and the options they
are exploring to resolve them.
C. Very important: For the Council to give feedback to the Committee
regarding their concerns and suggestions.
D. To present to the Council plans for the rest of the process.
