MC-913 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SUBSECTION C OF SECTION 8.90.050 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL 3 CODE RELATING TO THE LONG-TERM LEASE EXCEPTION TO THE MOBILE HOME PARK RENT STABILIZATION ORDINANCE 4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO 5 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 6 SECTION 1. Subsection C of Section 8.90.050 of the San 7 Bernardino Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: 8 "C. Space Rent Agreement Exemption - Any rental 9 agreement in excess of twelve-months duration which 10 also meets all criteria specified by Section 798. 15 11 and Section 798. 17 of the California Civil Code, 12 including, but not limited to, the tenant notification 13 requirement within the first paragraph of such rental 14 agreements, shall be exempt from the space rent 15 ceiling provisions of this Chapter, but only during 16 the term of such rental agreement or one or more 17 uninterrupted, continuous extensions thereof.
