This item is part of the annual assessment rolls that are normally submitted as one large package. That the Mayor and Common Council do hereby find and determine 10 that the assessments as set forth on said Assessment Roll No. 1037 comply with the v I1 procedural requirements of Article XIII D of the California Constitution without the necessity 4 12 of following the assessment ballot procedures as set forth therein. 13 M SECTION 2. That the Mayor and Common Council do hereby find and determine C 14 that the proportionate costs to be levied against the parcels of land within Assessment o 15 ° 16 District No. 1037 are correctly set forth on Assessment Roll No. 1037, for the fiscal year ° z" 17 2012/2013, on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of San Bernardino, and do E I8 hereby confirm said assessments. v m 19 a SECTION 3.
