That the Mayor and Common Council do hereby find and determine e a 11 that the assessments as set forth on said Assessment Roll No. 1043, Zone 1 and Zone 2, M 12 comply with the procedural requirements of Article XIII D of the California Constitution 13 without the necessity of following the assessment ballot procedures as set forth therein. s^ 14 7... 15 SECTION 2. That the Mayor and Common Council do hereby find and determine M a 0 16 that the proportionate costs to be levied against the parcels of land within Assessment District c a 17 No.1043,Zone 1 and Zone 2, are correctly set forth on Assessment Roll No. 1043,Zone I and o 18 Zone 2, for the fiscal year 2012/2013, on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of San m 19 Bernardino, and do hereby confirm said assessments. 20 E SECTION 3.
