That the Mayor and Common Council do hereby find and determine 6 that the assessments as set forth on said Assessment Roll No. 975 are hereby exempt from the 7 8 procedural and approval requirements of Article XIII D of the California Constitution, as 9 provided for under Section 5(a) and 5(b) of said Article XIII D, and that the assessment 10 amounts as set forth on said Assessment Roll are equal to or less than any prior approved 11 assessments. a 12 SECTION 2. That the Mayor and Common Council do hereby find and 13 determine that the proportionate costs to be levied against the parcels of land within c 14 a 15 Assessment District No. 975 are correctly set forth on Assessment Roll No. 975, for the fiscal 16 year 2012/2013, on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of San Bernardino, and do m 17 hereby confirm said assessments. d 18 E SECTION 3.
