That the Mayor and Common Council do hereby find and determine 6 that the assessments as set forth on said Assessment Roll No. 1018 are hereby exempt from 7 8 the procedural and approval requirements of Article XIII D of the California Constitution,as 9 provided for under Section 5(b)of said Article XIII D. o v 10 SECTION 2. That the Mayor and Common Council do hereby find and determine a N 11 that the proportionate costs to be levied against the parcels of land within Assessment District 12 No. 1018 are correctly set forth on Assessment Roll No. 1018, for the fiscal year 2012/2013, o 13 .2 on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of San Bernardino, and do hereby confirm X 14 15 said assessments. 0 16 SECTION 3.
