Approve exchange of one budgeted Refuse Operator I for one Typist Clerk II - delete Refuse Operator I position and establish new Typist Clerk II position. (See Attached) MOTION: To delete one ( 1) budgeted Refuse Operator I 1 position, Range 1275, $1,748-$2, 124/month. and MOTION Establish a new position of Typist Clerk II, I Refuse Division, Range 1243, $1,489-$1,809/month. 8 . Approval of plans and authorization to advertise for bids- widening of Tippecanoe Avenue. (See Attached) (Cost to City - $512,000 from 1/2 cent Sales Tax - Local Funds- $61,900 from 1992/93 budget. ) Ward 1 CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S NOTE: $500,000 is allocated in the 1991-92 budget. Monies have been transferred out of this account for various projects in the total amount of $49, 900. The current amount available is $451,000 - thus the need for $61,900 in supplemental funding - ($49,900 + $12,000 = $61,900) . The amount of $61,900 must be funded in the 1992- 93 bu et. MOTION: That the meeting be adjourned. `- 18 4/20/92 NOTICE: Any member of the public may address this meeting of the Mayor and Common Council on any item appearing on the agenda, by approaching the microphone in the Council Chambers when the item about which the member desires to speak is called, and by asking to be recognized. Any member of the public desiring to speak to the Mayor and Common Council concerning any matter not on the agenda but which is within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Mayor and Common Council, may address the body at the beginning of the meeting, during the period reserved for public comments, said total period for public comment shall not exceed forty- five (45) minutes, unless such time limit is extended by the Mayor and Common Council.
