2 ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND
USE ZONING ORDINANCE"; RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
3 OF LAND; AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY. (PETITION NO.
1153 GENERALLY LOCATED ON 160 ACRES OF LAND WEST OF WATERMAN
4 AVENUE, EAST OF HUNTS LANE, SOUTH OF THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD
TRACKS AND NORTH OF BARTON ROAD.)

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
6 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which reclassi-
8 fies and rezones certain parcels of real property within the City
9 of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly is hereby
10 amended by adding thereto the real property described as follows:
11 PARCEL NO. EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY-NINE (Petition No. 1153)
12 All that real property situated in the City
of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino,
13 State of California, described as follows:

A portion of Lot 1 and the south 1/2 of Lot 4,
Block 65, of Map of Rancho San Bernardino, as
recorded in Book 7 of Maps, Page 2, Records of
said County.

Excepting from the south 1/2 of Lot 4, all that
portion lying north of the Southern Pacific
Right of Way.

Excepting therefrom that portion of said Lot 1,
lying southerly of the north right of way of
Barton Road, formerly known as Riverside-Redlands
