ESTABLISH- ING A BASIC COMPENSATION PLAN . . ."; MODIFYING SAID PLAN, AND SETTING FORTH COMPENSATION SCHEDULES FOR GENERAL EMPLOYEES AND FOR MANAGEMENT/CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES, EFFECTIVE JULY 5, 1976. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMKlN COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNAR- DINO, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Resolution No. 6413, Section Nine, is hereby amended to read as follows: "SECTION NINE: GENERAL AND MANAGEMENT/CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES: Classes of employment shall be compensated in accordance with Section Eight hereof as set forth in the schedule, as follows. Classes of employment which are included in the unclassified service pursuant to the City Charter or other action of City Council, are designated with the alphabetic letter (U).
