2 RESOLUTION OF Till: CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO ACCEPTING THE
REVIEw APPRAISER'S DETJ!:RMINATION OF FAIR MARKET VALUE OF THE FIRE
3 STATION SITUATED AT 19TH AND DEL ROSA AVENUE, SAN BERNARDINO,
CALIFORNIA, AND CERTIFYING THE WORK OF THE APPRAISERS.

WHEREAS, City of San Bernardino is contemplating the
purchase of a fire station at 19th Street and Del Rosa Avenue in
the City of San Bernardino; and
WHEREAS, the City owns the land upon which the fire station
is constructed, but the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San
Bernardino is the owner of the building on said land; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to now purchase the said building
on said land; and

WHEREAS, City has reviewed the appraisers' determination of
the fair market value of the building and their reports thereon
and has specifically reviewed and studied the review appraiser's
determination of the fair market value and his report thereon; and
WHEREAS, the City intends to purchase said fire station
with Community Development funds,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON
COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS:

1. That said fire station owned by the Redevelopment
22 Agency of the City of San Bernardino situated upon real property
23 in the City of San Bernardino at 1920 Del Rosa Avenue and des-
24 cribed as follows:
25 All that real property in the County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as follows:

A portion of those parts of Lot 2, Block 4 and of Lot
6, Block 7, Orange Grove Tract, as per plat recorded in
Book 11 of Maps, page 14, records of said County, des-
cribed in documents recorded in Book 1555, page 56 and

in Book 1560, page 4, both Official Records of said
County, said portion being all of said parts lying
easterly from a line that is parallel with and dis-
tant westerly, 335 feet from the centerline of Del
Rosa Avenue.
EXCEPTING therefrom that portion lying within a
strip of land 60 feet in width, the southerly line
of said strip being the southerly line of "Parcel
A" described in document to the San Bernardino County
Flood COntrol District, recorded in Book 1560, page
4, Official Records of said County.

Containing 1.140 acres, more or less,
lis hereby determined, based upon all of the appraisers' reports
,
submitted herewith, to have a fair market value of $114,500.00,
and said amount is hereby established as the fair market value
for said property.
2. The property being acquired is that fire station only
14 on the property hereinabove described and does not include the
15 land which is already owned by the City.

3. The City of San Bernardino does hereby certify that
17 the work of the appraisers and review appraiser with respect to
18 the aforesaid property has been performed in a competent manner
19 in accordance with the applicable State law, the Act, and Depart-
20 ment of Housing and Urban Development policies and requirements.
21 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
22 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
23
