HomeMy WebLinkAbout12312 ,r .11 When Recorded Ourn to: City of San Bernardino Office of City Clerk Ci ty Hall 300 North "D" Street San Bernardino, California 92418 o , '. 1 RESOLUTION NO. /~S/.:L 2 RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO IMPOSING A LIEN ON CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED 3 WITHIN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO FOR THE COSTS OF THE ABATEMENT OF A PUBLIC NUISANCE. 4 5 WHEREAS, the City of San Bernardino, pursuant to its 6 authority under City Ordinance No. 2291, Sec. 4 and other 7 laws did lawfully cause a public nuisance to be abated on Project 8 No. 805 on the 9th day of December , 1922..., on the 9 real property hereinafter described; and 10 WHEREAS, due notice was given to the person or persons 11 having an interest in said property and a hearing was held to 12 hear protests and to assess the costs of said abatement on said 13 property on the 19th day of January , 19~. 14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON 15 COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 16 SECTION 1. The hearing is closed; the costs are found to 17 have been duly incurred by the City pursuant to proceedings under 18 said Ordinance; and the final statement of costs on file with the 19 City Clerk is hereby confirmed and adopted as a special assessment 20 in the sum of three hundred fifty six dollars and sixty one cents 21 (356.61) against the property known as 1748 West 9th Street, 22 San Bernardino, California, 23 and more particularly described as Tract 2629, south 226', Lot 24 16, Book 37 of Maps, page 50, records of San Bernardino County 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 OWNER: R. P. Reddingius, 234 East Colorado Boulevard, Suite 202, Pasadena, California 91101. SECTION 2. If said sum is not fully paid to the City Clerk, City Hall, San Bernardino, within five (5) days after the passage of this Resolution, then said sum shall be and become a lien on said property pursuant to said Ordinance and applicable :6 ii " 27 28 29 30 31 32 ,,;;.;;..c-,,,,.m..," - ., ~ - o o . 1 laws and shall be collected as a special assessment thereon. 2 SECTION 3.
