That the City of San Bernardino does hereby accept a Grant Deed, dated April 15, 1969, from Southern Pacific Company, a Delaware corporation, for that certain real property 91 10i I 111 121 131 141 151 I 161 located on Cardiff Avenue, east of Waterman Avenue, in the City of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of California. Section 2. That a copy of said Grant Deed is attached hereto, marked Exhibit -A- and referred to and made a part hereof as fully as though set forth at length herein. Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record said Grant Deed with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County. Section 4. That the City of San Bernardino is hereby authorized to make payment for the herein described property in the amount of Fifteen Thousand Two Hundred and Two Dollars and Twenty-five Cents ($15,202.25).
