2 A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FOR STREET AND HIGHWAY
3 PURPOSES FROM MARY J. HUNT, A MARRIED WOMAN, FOR A PORTION OF
WATERMAN AVENUE, SOUTH OF RIALTO AVENUE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
5 CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION ONE: That the City of San Bernardino does hereby
7 accept an Easement from Mary J. Hunt, a married woman, for a portion
8 of Waterman Avenue, South of Rialto Avenue, to be used for street
9 and highway purposes, being that real property situated in the City
10 of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of California,
11 described as follows:

The East 8.75 feet of Lot 6, Tract 1943 as per
plat thereof recorded in Book 28 of Maps, Page 15,
records of the County Recorder of said County.
14 And the same is hereby authorized for recordation.
