Tlill CITY OF SAN BERNAEDINO. CALIF0RNIA~ BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino, as follows, to-wit~ SECTION O~~: That all cement concrete sidewalks now constructed or that may hereafter be constructed along both sides of Lincoln Drive between the North line of Highland Avenue and the South line of Twenty-seventh Street, along both sides of Twenty-third Street between the West line of "I" Street and the East line of Lincoln Drive, along both sides of Twenty-fourth Street between the East line of Lincoln Drive and a line 267.90 feet J<~aBt thereof and along both sides of Twenty-fifth street between the ;Cast line of Lincoln Drive and a line 267.99 feet East there- of, shall be four (4) feet in width and the outside edge of said side- walks, along said streets, betwwen said points, shall be distant four (4) feet from the adjacent property line. SECTION TWO: That the curb line along tLe South side of Twenty-third street between a line 267.90 feet East of the East line of Lincoln Drive and the West line of "I" Street shall be distant ten (10) feet from the adjacent property line.
