BE IT P~SOLVED by the Kayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino, that the grade of Twenty-third Street, between a line 110 feet West of the West line of Lincoln Drive and the West line of "P Street, in the City of San BeFnardino, be and the same is hereby estab~ Ij,shed in accordance with the following elevations and grades, to-wit: At the top of the North curb of Twenty-third Street, 150 feet West of the West line of Lincoln Drive, the grade sllall be 1176.30. At the top of the South curb of Twenty-third Street, 150 feet West of the West line of Lincoln Drive, the grade SEan be 1175.80. At the top of the curb at the Southwest corner of the intersection of Twenty-third street and Lincoln Drive, the grade shall be 1174.20. At t;'le top of the curb at the Southeast corner of the intersection of Twenty-third Street and Lincoln Drive, the grade shall be 1173.70. At the top of the curb at the Northwest corner of the intersection of Twenty-third Street and Lincoln Drive, the grade shall be 1174.80. At the top of the curb at the lTortheast corner of the intersection of Twenty-third Street and Lincoln Drive, the grade shall be 1174.30. At the top of the North curb of T'!Ienty-third Street, 267.90 feet East of the East line of Lincoln Drive, t1le grade shall be 1171.40. At the top of the South curb of Twenty- third Street, 267.90 feet .~ast of the East line of Lincoln Drive, the grade shall be 1170.80. At the top of the curb at the Northwest corner of the intersection of Twenty-third Street and "I" Street, the grade Shall be 1169.68. At the top of the curb at the Southwest corner of the intersection of Twenty-third Street and "I" Street, the grad~ shall be 1168.98. At all points between said designated points along the line of said street, the grade shall be and is hereby established so as to conform to a straight line between said designated points. All the elevations herein -set forth refer to the top of the curb, are in feet, and are above a plane which is 1045.28 feet below the City Bench Mark, as established by Ordinance No. 383 of the City of San Bernardino, entitled "An Ordinance .i~stablishing a Datum Plane for the City of San Bernardino," adopted and arrroved August 3rd, 1908.
