FE IT RESOLVJl1) by the Hayor and COllllllon Council of the City of
San Pernardino, as follows:
SECTION ONE: That all 8idewalke now laid out or that may here-
after 1-e laid .out along "'oth l!ides of Parton Street, 'between the
West line of the roadway of Sierra Way and the East l1ne of the
roadway of Kt View Avenue, shall be three (3) feet in width.
~TION TWO:. That the cur'b line along both sides of Parton Street,
1-etween said p01/:1ts shall 'be dietant from the adjacent property Une
three (3) feet.
SF.r.TION THREF: That all cement con~rete sidewalks ,now oonstructed,
or that may hereafter "'e conetructed along 'both sides of Farton Street,
between said points. shall be two and one-half (2~~2) feet in width
and the~outs~de'edgeof said eidewalke, between ea1d points, ehall be
distart two and one-half (2-1/2) feet from the adjacent property line.
