2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DECLARING ITS INTENTION
TO ORDER THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF "F" STREET. NOW KNOWN AS CAMINO REAL.
3 NORTH OF FAIRWAY DRIVE AND RESERVING PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS THEREON.
4 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMKlN COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN

SECTION 1. That the Mayor and CoDDllOn Council of the City of San
Bernardino hereby declares its intention to order the vacation of a portion
of "F" Street. now known as Camino Real. North of Fairway Drive. in said
City. which said portion more particularly is described as follows:
Those portions of Lot 23. Block 54. Rancho San Bernardino.
as per plat thereon recorded in Book 7 of Maps. page 2.
records of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
State of California. described as follows:
Parcel No.1: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said
Lot 23. thence North 00 37' 33" West along the West line
thereof. a distance of 455.82 feet to the beginning of a
non-tangent curve. concave Westerly and having a radius of
1970 feet. a radial line of said curve at said point bears
. 0
South 78 48' 45" West; thence Southerly along said curve
through a central angle of 130 10' 30". a distance of 453
feet; thence South 010 59' 18" West. a distance of 4.5 feet.
more or less. to the South line of said Lot 23; thence West
along said South line to the Point of Beginning.
EXCEPtINg therefrom. the South 30.00 feet as measured at
right angles to the South line of said Lot 23.
Parcel NO~ 2: Also EXCEPTING therefrom that portion thereof
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Parcel No. 1 above; thence
West along the South line thereof. a distance of 15 feet. more
or less. to the beginning of a tangent curve. concave North-
westerly and having a radius of 15.00 feet. said curve is also
tangent at its Northerly terminus with the Esst line of said
Parcel No.1; thence Northeasterly along said curve to said
East line; thence Southerly along said East line to the Point
of Beginning.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
Bernardino. in vacating the above described portion of said street. elects
to proceed under and in accordance with the provisions of the "Street Vacatio
Act of 1941". being Division 9. Part 3. of the Sb:tfetll and Rfghwayll Code of the

SECTION 3. That the hour of 2:00 P.M., on the 20th day of June,
1977, in the Council Chamber of the City Hall, San Bernardino, California,
be, and the same hereby is fixed as the time and place when and where all
persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation may appear
before the said Mayor and Common Council and offer evidence in relation
thereto. For further particulars as to the proposed vacation of the herein-
before described portion of said street, reference is made to that certain
map marked "Plan No. 5030" approved March 14, 1977, on file in the office of
the City Clerk of said City.
SECTION 4. Nothing in this Resolution shall in any way affect or
disturb any existing easements for sanitary sewer and appurtenant facilities
and for public utility purposes belonging either to the City of San Bernardino
or to any public utility and there is hereby reserved for future general
public utility purposes and for this City an easement reasonably necessary to
locate such sanitary sewer and public utility facilities over, in, under, or
across the real property described herein and to use, maintain, repair,
replace or renew such facilities.
SECTION 5. That the City Engineer of the City of San Bernardino
hereby is directed to cause Notices of Street Vacation to be posted as
required by the Street Vacation Act of 1941.
SECTION 6. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution of Intention and shall cause the same to be published for 3
successive days in The San Bernardino Sun Telegram, a newspaper published
and circulated in the City of San Bernardino, prior to the date of the
above public hearing.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted
by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at a
