Dear'Mr &: Mrs Rosso:
At a nuisance abatement hearing on the above parcel held on Mav 7 1976
pursuant to provisions of Ordinance #2291, certain costs accrued in the preparation of the abov.e
hearing were affirmed by the Board of Building Commisioners. The total costs accrued to that:
date were $10 S 7., . These costs are now due and payable.
An appeal may be made within ten. (10) days to the Common Council as provided by Ordinance
#2291, and if not annulled by the Council, the costs incurred shall become a lien upon the real
property unless paid to the City Clerk within thirty (30) days of the mailing of this notice.
