WHEREAS, the City of San Bernardino, pursuant to its authority under City Ordinance No. and other 2291 laws did lawfully cause a public nuisance to be abated on Project No. on the 23rd day of , 19.1&-, on 1042 June the real property hereinafter described; and WHEREAS, due notice was given to the person or persons having an interest in said property and a hearing was held to hear protests and to assess the costs of said abatement on said property on the 14th day of , 19.1L. March NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The hearing is closed; the costs are found to have been duly incurred by the City pursuant to proceedings under said Ordinance; and the final statement of costs on file with the City Clerk is hereby confirmed and adopted as a special assessment in the sum of one hundred nin~teen dollars and ninety-nine cents ($119.99) against the property known as 1221 West Vine Street, San Bernardino, California and more particularly described That portion of IDt 8, Block 18, Rancho San Bernardino as per plat reoorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 2, reoords of said Cbunty described as follows: Baa. at a POint 273.36' N & 530' E of S!W Cbr. of Lot 9, Block 18, Rancho SB, Th E 50 lIDre or less to N/W cor. of property oon- veyed to Marianna Betanoourt & lallasa R. In the event said sum is not paid as herein- above provided, the City Clerk is hereby directed to file certi- fied copies hereof of this resolution with the Recorder and the Auditor of the County of San Bernardino, State of California, directing that said sum be entered as lien charges against said property as it appears on the current assessment rolls, to be collected at the same time and in the same manner, subject to the same penalties and interest upon delinquencies, as the general taxes for the City of San Bernardino are collected. Seventh Ward Re: 1221 Vine Street San Bernardino, Ca Project No. 1042 Juan & Salvador Lemos 1675 Concord Street San Bernardino, Ca Gentlemen: At a nuisance abatement hearing on the above parcel held on July 2 1976 pursuant to provisions of Ordinance #2291, certain costs accrued in the preparation of the above hearing were affirmed by the Board of Building Commisioners. The total costs accrued to that date were $119.99 . These costs are now due and payable. An appeal may be made within ten (10) days to the Common Council as provided by Ordinance #2291, and if not annulled by the Council, the costs incurred shall become a lien upon the real property unless paid to the City Clerk within thirty (30) days of the mailing of this notice.
