A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
BERNARDINO IMPOSING A LIEN ON CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO FOR THE COSTS OF THE ABATEMENT OF A PUBLIC NUISANCE.
WHEREAS, the City of San Bernardino, pursuant to its authority
under City Ordinance No. 2291 and other laws did lawfully cause a
public nuisance to be abated on Project No. 291 on the 6th day of
April
, 19 71 , on the real property hereinafter des-
cribed; and
WHEREAS, due notice was given to the person or persons having an
interest in said property and a hearing was held to hear protests and to
assess the costs of said abatement on said property on the 10th day of
May
, 19 71
. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: That the hearing is closed and that the costs were
duly incurred by the City pursuant to proceedings under said Ordinance and
that the statement of costs submitted by the Street Superintendent is hereby
confirmed and adopted as a special assessment in the sum of $ 63.38
against the property known as 2312 Flores St., San Bernardino, California
Described as Tract 4698, Lot 17
Owners: A & B Investment Co. S~R FAR~ Valenr.iA. Rial~n. ~~lifnrniA
more particularly described in the statement of costs attached hereto and
incorporated herein, as fully as though set forth at length.
SECTION TWO: That if said sum is not fully paid to the City Clerk,
City Hall, San Bernardino, within five (5) days after the passage of this
Resolution, then said sum shall be and become a lien on said property pur-
suant to said Ordinance and applicable laws to be collected as a special
assessment thereon; and
SECTION THREE: That in the event said sum is not paid as here-
inabove provided the City Clerk is hereby directed to file certified copies
hereof and copies of the statement of costs adopted herein with the
Recorder and the Auditor of the County of San Bernardino, State of Cali-
fornia, directing that said amount be entered as lien charges~gainst said

property as it appears on the current assessment rolls, to be collected
/
at the same time and in the same manner, subject to the same penalties and
interest upon delinquencies, as the genera~ taxes for the City of San Ber-
nardino are collected.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by
the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at a
