2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF A SUBLEASE WITH THE YOUNG WOMEN'S CHRISTIAN
3 ASSOCIATION RELATING TO THE LEASE OF CERTAIN PREMISES SITUATED ON
LUGO AVENUE FOR THE YWCA SWIMMING POOL.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
5 OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. The Mayor of the City of San Bernardino is
7 authorized and directed to execute on behalf of said City a sub-
8 lease with the Young Women's Christian Association relating to the
9 lease of certain premises situated on Lugo Avenue for the YWCA
10 swimming pool, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit
11 "A" and incorporated herein by reference as fully as though set
12 forth at length.

It is agreed and understood that the Lessee shall at his own expense,
do and complete the following prior to construction of swimming pool'

1. Provide drainage from new enclosed area.
2~' Provide access to electrical meter and relocate water faucet.
'3. Provide modifications to loading platform.

wall along sidewalk.

or inserts ,to block view.
6. Build perimeter walls first or provide temporary fences 8-foot
high during construction.
