DL?~ RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO ACCEPTING THE REVIEW APPRAIS- ER'S DETERMINATION OF FAIR MARKET VALUE OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED ON 16th STREiT BETWEEN MUSCOTT STREET AND CALIFORNIA STREET (COX RANCH), SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA, AND CERTIFYING THE WORK OF THE APPRAISERS. WHEREAS, City of San Bernardino is contemplating the purchase of that certain property located on 16th Street between Muscott Street and California Street (Cox Ranch) in the City of San Bernardino; and WHEREAS, Florence W. Cox, et aI, are the owner of the lot and parcel of real property and ranch buildings situated thereon; and WHEREAS, the City desires to now purchase the said lot and parcel of real property and ranch buildings; and WHEREAS, City has reviewed the appraisers' determination of the fair market value of the land and ranch buildings and their reports thereon and has specifically reviewed and studied the review appraiser's determination of the fair market value and his report thereon; and WHEREAS, the City intends to purchase said lot and parcel of real property and ranch buildings with Community Development funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS: 1. That said lot and parcel of real property and ranch buildings situated thereon owned by Florence W. Cox, et al in the City of San Bernardino at 1902 West 16th Street and described as follows: All of Lots 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 27, 28, 33, 34 and the West one- half of Lots 9 and 10, Mount Vernon Orange Grove and Fruit Company's Lands, as per plat thereof recorded in Book 12 of Maps, page 16, records of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, State of California. EXCEpTING therefrom the West 30.00 feet of said Lot 24. is hereby determined, based upon all of the appraisers' reports submitted herewith, to have a fair market value of $290,000.00, and said amount is , 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 11 18 20 21 22 23 24 25 28 ,J " 1 hereby established as the fair market value for said property, 2 2.
