HomeMy WebLinkAbout12857 1 RESOLUTION NO. /.:/.1'5'7 , 2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO ORDERING THE VACATION OF THAT PORTION OF THE WEST SIDE OF "F" STREET NOW KNOWN AS CAMINO REAL, LYING 3 SOUTHERLY OF ORANGE SHOW ROAD IN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, AND RESERVING PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS THEREIN. 4 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERN- S ARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 6 SECTION 1. The Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino, 7 having heard the evidence offered in relation to the proposed vacation of that 8 portion of the West side of "F" Street now known as Camino Real, lying 9 Southerly of Orange Show Road, more particularly described in City Resolution 10 of Intention No. 12807, hereby find from all of the evidence submitted that 11 such portion of "F" Street, now known as Camino Real proposed to be vacated by 12 said resolution is unnecessary for present or prospective public street 13 purposes. 14 SECTION 2. The Mayor and Common Council of said City do hereby order 15 the vacation of that portion of the West side of "F" Street now known as 16 Camino Real, lying Southerly of Orange Show Road, San Bernardino, California, 17 more particularly described as follows: 18 That portion of the West side of "F" Street lying within Lot 22, Block 54 of the Rancho San Bernardino, as per plat thereof recorded 19 in Book 7 of Maps, page 2, records of the County Recorder County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows: 20 27 Beginning at a point on the East line of said Lot 22, which point is North 00 37' 33" West, a distance of 325.27 feet from the Southeast corner of said lot; thence North 180 30' West, a distance of 80.95 feet along the Westerly line of that certain property as conveyed to the State of California, Department of Public Works by Final Order of Condemnation recorded March 29, 1956, as Document No. 360 in Book 3896, page 566 Official Records of said County, to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Southeasterly and having a radius of 77 feet; thence Northerly along said curve through a c~tral angle of 590 30' oe", a distance of 79.96. feet; thence North 41 East, a distance of 6.19 feet to a point on a non-tangent curve, concave Southeasterly and having a radius. of 1970 feet; a radial line of said curve at said point bears South 780 02' 43" West; thence Southerly along said curve through a central angle of 00 46' 02", a distance of 26.38 feet to its intersection with the East line of said Lot 22; thence South 00 37' 33" East, along said East line, a distance of 130.55 feet to the point of beginning. This Resolution shall reserve, and nothing herein shall in 3 any way affect or disturb. each and every existing easement for sanitary 4 sewer and appurtenant facilities and for public utility purposes belonging 5 either to the City of San Bernardino or to any public utility and there is 6 further reserved for present and future general public utility purposes and 7 for this City an easement reasonably necessary to locate sanitary sewer, 8 public utility and appurtenant facilities over, in, under or across all of the 9 real property described hereinbefore along with the right to use, install, maintain, repair, replace or renew such facilities and those reserved by Resolution of Intention No. 12807. SECTION 4. The City Clerk of the City of San Bernardino shall cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Bernardino.
