This request represents lOOt of those owners who adjoin the Public Utility Easement in question. The petitioner has deposited the required $500.00, which represents one-half of the total fee of $1,000.00. The remaining $500.00 will be due after the investigative proceedings. The Public Utility Easement is not in use, as all utilities are within either 25th Street or Hiramonte Drive. And, as it presently exists, the Public Utility Ease- ment prevents the two property owners from fully utilizing their properties. All public utility companies affected will be notified and will be allowed to reserve an easement if they are currently using this Public Utility Easement. 07/18/94 2 .0264 \"-' \ 25th \ .fO STREET ~- -- L , /J'.S" 87@ ~ '" N.r , ILl 88@ ~ - lk: Q '. ~'_'. ,~.f \.",.., @ E4>t 93 92 ' ":? o 9/-:J ~~,,,,\ 28 07 t06 f09 !it i! i Ji 2 WI 2," ~~ _"'1" )...
